Upon arrival at Car Park 7, the process is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible. As a pre-booked customer, you won't need to press for a ticket—your registration number will be automatically recognized by the ANPR cameras at the entrance, allowing you to drive straight in. After parking, proceed to the Car Park 7 office near the entrance where our team will greet you.
You'll leave your car keys with them, and our trained staff will take care of parking your vehicle in the official car park. Then, you can take the courtesy bus from the nearby bus stop to the terminal. The bus runs every 15 minutes and takes about 10-15 minutes to get you to the terminal.
For turn-up customers, the procedure is similar. The ANPR cameras will automatically raise the barriers, and you will need to park your car and make your own way to the terminal. The car park is Park Mark Safer Parking accredited, ensuring a secure environment for your vehicle.
When you return from your trip, simply take the courtesy bus from bus stop D outside the terminal building back to Car Park 7. Once you arrive, head to the Car Park 7 office near the exit to collect your keys. The exit barrier will automatically raise when you approach, allowing you to leave without any delay.
