Overview
A38 Meet and Greet service offers a hassle-free parking experience at Bristol Airport, providing meet and greet service just outside the terminal. Your vehicle will be collected from the Drop and Go Car Park, located directly behind the terminal, and driven to the secure A38 compound in Redhill. The compound is fully secure, with CCTV and constant monitoring. Your car will be parked safely until you return.
A38 Meet and Greet charges a £6 airport access fee on both entry and exit. There is an additional £5 per day charge for vans larger than a VW Caddy, up to and including short-wheelbase vans. This service is not suitable for long-wheelbase vehicles, minibuses (over 8 seats), large campervans, or taxis.

To ensure smooth service, call A38 Meet and Greet at least 20 minutes prior to your arrival at Bristol Airport. Once you arrive at the Drop and Go Car Park, located just behind the terminal, A38 Meet and Greet drivers will meet you to take your car. Ensure you are on time, as drivers cannot wait longer than 10 minutes at the car park. If you are running late or early, please notify A38 Meet and Greet to avoid additional charges.
What to do when you return?
After returning to Bristol Airport, collect your luggage, clear customs, and call A38 Meet and Greet when you exit the terminal building. The A38 driver will meet you at the Drop and Go Car Park with your vehicle. Due to airport regulations, drivers cannot wait more than 10 minutes in the car park, and any delays will result in additional charges, payable by you. Be sure to call promptly when you are ready to collect your car.
