What to do when you arrive?
Upon arrival at Bristol Airport, call Diamond Parking 15-20 minutes before you reach the airport. When you enter the Drop and Go Car Park, follow the signs to the designated area where a Diamond Parking representative will meet you. Your car will be inspected, and your return details will be confirmed. At that point, your vehicle will be driven to the secure compound. Do not enter the Drop and Go car park until you have been instructed to by the representative. Failure to follow these instructions could lead to delays and extra charges.
What to do when you return?
Once your flight lands, Diamond Parking will track your flight to ensure your vehicle is ready when you return. After you collect your luggage and clear customs, call the concierge number provided. Your vehicle will be delivered back to the Drop and Go Car Park, where you can collect it. Please note that you will need to pay a £6 exit fee for using the Drop and Go car park (this covers up to 10 minutes of parking).
