Customer/ vehicle owner has to bear the cost of paying the ULEZ if the vehicle does not meet the ULEZ standards. The customer has to pay ULEZ for both days (the day of drop off and the day of collection )
Terminal - 2 Post Code: TW6 1EW To reach Terminal 2, exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Continue along the Western Perimeter Road until you reach the main tunnel leading to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Once you exit the tunnel, stay in the right lane and pass the Central Bus Station. Follow the road onto Cosmopolitan Way, keeping to the right. The road will move away from the building before turning back and ramping up towards Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. Stay on the right side of the rising ramp, as it will lead you directly to the entry barriers of the "Short Stay Car Park". Take a ticket from the barrier and enter the car park. Once inside on Level 4, continue to keep right and follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet. Park your vehicle in "Row B". A TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur will be there to collect your car. Please note that the height restriction is 2.05m or 6ft 9in.
Terminal - 3 Post Code: TW1 QG To reach Terminal 3, exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Continue along the Western Perimeter Road until you reach the main tunnel leading to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Once you exit the tunnel, stay in the first lane and follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Level 4. Park your vehicle in ROW "A" where a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car. Please note that the height restriction is 2.2m or 7ft 2in.
Terminal - 5 Post Code: TW6 2GA To reach Terminal 5, look for the signs indicating the "Short Stay Car Park" on the right-hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park and stay in the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". This lane will lead you directly to a set of barriers. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed accordingly.
Upon your return, kindly contact Terminal Parking twice. Firstly, upon your landing, and secondly, once you retrieve your luggage. In case of any prolonged delays, including luggage collection, please ensure to notify us promptly. Present the necessary paperwork and retrieve your vehicle from our designated location at your terminal.
