Extra Day Charges - Extending a booking with at least 24 hours before your return: £25 for the first day, £15 for subsequent days. Unagreed extensions charged at £39.99 per day.
Opening times: 05:00 – 23:59 Note: we do return cars outside these hours. there is an out of hours service charge of £25.00.
Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this, you will need to contact the parking provider in advance of your arrival.
This car park does not serve Terminal 4.
To prevent any delays, kindly contact us when you are approximately half an hour from your destination. Our representative, dressed in a black jacket with an Airparker ID, will be waiting for you at the designated terminal specified below.
Use the Terminal 2 Sat Nav (TW6 1EW) and follow the main tunnel for Terminals 2 and 3. As you exit, maintain the right-hand lanes designated for Terminal 2 drop off. Upon reaching the drop off area, proceed to lane 3 or 4. Park in a bay near the zebra crossing and our chauffeur will meet you there.
The Sat Nav for Terminal 3 is TW6 3QG. Proceed through the main tunnel designated for Terminals 2 and 3. Upon exiting, remain in the left lanes labeled for Terminal 3 drop off. Upon reaching the drop off area, select lane 3 or 4. Park in a bay near the zebra crossing and a chauffeur will greet you there.
For those using a Sat Nav, enter TW6 2AG for Terminal 5. Follow the signs to reach the terminal and continue following them once you arrive. Stick to the right lane as you approach the ramp and move into the second lane at the top. Proceed to the last zebra crossing near Drop Off point 11, where you can park in any available bay. A chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 2 - Go to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, where you can find your vehicle in rows A and B.
Terminal 3 - Find the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, to get your vehicle back.
Terminal 5 - Use the lift to reach level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, and you'll find your vehicle in Row S.
