When you book with us, simply drive to the designated drop-off point at your terminal where one of our professional drivers will be waiting to collect your vehicle. You can then proceed straight to check-in while we take care of parking your car in a secure facility nearby. Upon your return, just give us a call after collecting your luggage and we will deliver your car back to you at the same pick-up point.

All airport fees are to be paid directly to the airport, it is not included in the cost of the booking.
Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this you will need to contact the parking provider in advance of your arrival.
Additional day charges amount to £15 if communicated in advance, which entails informing us up to 1 hour before the scheduled return time indicated on your booking. If advance notice is not provided, the fee increases to £35 per day. You can communicate your extension request via email, text message, or phone call using the contact details provided.
Please call 07931 696867 to update us on your progress, 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Changes made on the same day are dependent on availability.
For Terminal 2: As you approach Terminal 2, keep an eye out for the signs directing you. When you reach the ramp, stay in the far-right lane and approach barrier number 6 in the short-stay car park. Once through the barrier, follow the signs indicating Level 4. Upon entry, remember to take a ticket at the barrier. Navigate to Row B, where your Personal Travel Assistant will be waiting to assist you. For navigation purposes, you can use the SAT NAV postcode: TW6 1EW.
For Terminal 3: Follow the signage leading you to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park Level 4, specifically Row A. Upon arrival, locate a suitable parking spot. Your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you at this location. For ease of navigation, the SAT NAV postcode is: TW6 1QG.
For Terminal 4: As you approach Terminal 4, keep to the right-hand side of the barrier and follow the signs on level 2 directing you to off-airport parking. Your Personal Travel Assistant will await you at this designated spot. For navigation assistance, you can input the SAT NAV postcode: TW6 3XA.
For Terminal 5: When heading towards Terminal 5, follow the signage guiding you to the SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Stay in the left lane and follow the signs directing you to Level 4. Once on Level 4, continue following the signs into the short-stay car park and proceed to Row S. Your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you here. As soon as you get off the plane, call us at 07931 696867 before you go through passport control. It's really important to talk to us on the phone so we can quickly give you back your car. Sometimes it might take us a bit longer to answer during busy times at Heathrow, but don't worry, it's normal. If you don't call us, it might take longer to get your car back to you.
Terminal 2 – Head to Level 4 of the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, specifically rows A & B, where your Personal Travel Assistant will be waiting to assist you.
Terminal 3 – Navigate to Level 4 of the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, specifically Row A, where your Personal Travel Assistant will be waiting to assist you
Terminal 4 – Upon exiting the arrivals hall, locate the exit near W H Smith’s. Once outside, proceed straight across the Zebra crossing to reach the SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Look for lifts on your left-hand side and take them to Level 2. Upon reaching Level 2, turn right and follow the signs to the Off-Airport area, where your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you.
Terminal 5 – Take the lift to Level 4 of the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, specifically Row S, where your Personal Travel Assistant will be waiting to assist you.
