Upon your arrival, kindly park your vehicle in the designated Drop Off area and make your way to the reception with your luggage. A staff member will be available to help you with the process. Please remember to leave your keys with us so that we can move your car to the secure area within the parking facility. Once all necessary formalities are taken care of, you will be transferred to the terminal. The journey time is typically between 15 to 17 minutes for Terminals 2, 3, and 5, while for Terminal 4, the transfer duration is approximately 20 minutes.
Terminal 2: Upon retrieving your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, please contact us. Proceed to the pickup area on Level 4 of the short stay car park. Shuttle van will be waiting to pick you up from there.
Terminal 3: After collecting your luggage and approaching Customs clearance, please contact given number in booking confirmation email. Make your way to Level 3 of the Short Stay Car Park, specifically Row A. Shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 4: Upon collecting your luggage and nearing Customs clearance, please contact. Shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Terminal 5: Once you've collected your luggage and are ready to clear Customs, please contact. Head to Level 4 of the short stay car park, where our shuttle van will pick you up from either Row R or Row S.
