Please call us when you are 30 minutes away from the car park. Contact number will be provided in confirmation email.
Reach at car park location, leave car at dedicated bay and leave your car keys at reception and take a ticket. A free shuttle bus will be waiting for you which runs every 15 mintues.
At Terminal 2, Upon your arrival back, when you have gathered your belongings and are ready to pass through Customs, please get in touch with us. Head over to the specified pickup spot on Level 4 short stay car park at Terminal 2. Our shuttle van will be available for your pickup.
At Terminal 3, after retrieving your luggage and approaching the Customs area, please contact us. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. Our shuttle van will be awaiting your arrival there.
For Terminal 4, once you have your luggage and are about to go through Customs, please give us a call. Our shuttle van will be ready to pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Similarly, at Terminal 5, once you have claimed your luggage and are ready to clear Customs, please reach out to us. Go to Level 4 short stay car park, where our shuttle van will be waiting to pick you up from either Row R or Row S.
