Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2 after exiting the tunnel, staying to the right past the central bus station. Keep right as the road leads to Terminal 2 Departures and the short stay 2 car park. Enter the Short Stay Car Park through the ramp on the right. Park on Level 4, then follow signs for "off airport parking" to the meet and greet area. A chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 upon entering Heathrow Airport. Park in Lane 5, marked for permit holders, on the left side. A chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 4: Follow signs for Terminal 4 upon entering Heathrow Airport. Keep left on the ramp toward Terminal 4. Park in Lane A (lane 3) on the left side. A chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 5: Follow signs for "Short Stay Car Park" on the right side of the ramp at Terminal 5. Park in Zones "R" or "S" as designated for Meet and Greet. A chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 2: After getting your luggage and finishing Customs, call the number provided when you left your car. Go to Level 2 short stay car park where you left your vehicle. Our driver will be there to meet you for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet."
Terminal 3: After getting your luggage and finishing Customs, call the provided number. In Terminal 3 arrivals, take the lift to level 1 and head to the short stay car park. Take another lift to level 3, Row "A." Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" signs.
Terminal 4: After getting your luggage and finishing Customs, call the provided number. Head outside and cross the road to the Short Stay Car park. Take the lift to level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" signs.
Terminal 5: After getting your luggage and finishing Customs, call the provided number. Go to Level 4 short stay car park where you left your vehicle. Look for Row "R" or "S" where the car will be parked.
