The service provider requests travelers to contact them when they are within a 30-minute drive of their designated drop-off terminal.
Terminal 2, also centrally situated, can be reached by following signs for Heathrow Terminal 2 after exiting the M4 or M25. Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Drive up the ramp towards the pickup and departure point, following signs for Short-Stay passenger pick-up, specifically Level 2, row B of the Terminal Car Park.
Terminal 3, with the same central location, is accessible via the M4 or M25. Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 3 and then Terminal 3 Departure. Your car will be collected from 2 Drop-Off lanes outside the Departure terminal.
Terminal 4, located in the southern part of the airport, can be accessed by exiting the M25 at junction 14. Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4, either from the M4 or the M25. Upon reaching Terminal 4 departures, park in the furthest lane from the terminal, and your car will be met there.
Terminal 5, positioned on the Western Perimeter Road, can be reached from junction 14 of the M25. Exit at junction 4b from the M4 and follow the M25 south to junction 14. While driving, please keep a lookout for signs indicating Terminal 5 access.
Upon landing, please promptly contact the service provider. Kindly notify us immediately in case of any prolonged delays, including luggage retrieval.
Terminal 2,Your car will be brought to you at Level 2 of the Terminal Car Park, in Row B of the short stay car park. Follow the signs to the designated area.
Terminal 3,Expect your car delivery at Level 3 of the short stay car park, in Row A/B. The designated area will be clearly marked with signs.
Terminal 4,Your vehicle will be waiting for you at Level 1 of the short stay car park, specifically in Row A at the end of the wall on the right-hand side. Look for the signposted area.
Terminal 5,Your car will be delivered to you at the passenger pick-up area of the short stay car park, located at Level 4 of the Terminal Car Park. Follow signs to the designated area.
