The service provider wants you to call when you're 20-30 minutes away from the terminal and follow the signs to your specified terminal.
Terminal 2: After leaving the tunnel, follow signs to Terminal 2 short stay car park. Go to level 4, stop in the Airport Parking Area, Zone A/B. Our chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 3: After leaving the tunnel, follow signs to Terminal 3 Departures. When nearing Terminal 3, follow signs to the short-stay car park on Level 4/Zone. Our chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 4: Follow signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Stop in the third lane, lane A, away from the terminal. Our chauffeur will meet you there.
Terminal 5: Follow signs to T5 Departures. Keep right on the departure ramp, follow signs to short-stay car park/passenger pick-up. Then follow signs to Level 4/Off Airport Parking, Row S. Our chauffeur will meet you there.
Please contact the service provider once you've retrieved your luggage and are ready to go through customs.
Terminal 2:Head back to where you originally parked your vehicle, which is the Level 4 short stay car park. Your car will be waiting for you in Row "B" near the lift/pay machines.
Terminal 3:Upon arrival at the arrivals area, before exiting on the right side, take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park. Your vehicle will be waiting for you in ROW A.
Terminal 4:Upon your return, after collecting your luggage, give us a call, then proceed to the Terminal 4 short-stay car park. Your car will be ready for pick-up on Level 1 in Zone C.
Terminal 5:Head back to the Level 4 short stay car park, where your vehicle will be waiting for you in Row "R" OR "S", just like when you dropped it off.
