The car park may offer a grace period until midnight at their discretion. If you exceed this time, you will be charged the standard rate of £15 per day. Please note that this policy is subject to change.
Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW)
Take the M25 exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Continue on the Western Perimeter Road until you reach the main tunnel leading to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay to the right and pass the Central Bus Station. You will then join Constellation Way, which leads directly to Terminal 2 Departures and Short Stay car park. As you approach Terminal 2, keep to the right as the road ramps up and away from the building before turning back towards it. Stay in lane 5 or 6 (towards the ticket machine) when entering the Short Stay car park on Constellation Way. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to Level 4 of the car park. Once on Level 4, continue keeping to the right and follow signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet. Park your car in Row B where our chauffeurs, wearing high-vis jackets, will be waiting near the ticket pay machine.
Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG)
Please take the M25 exit at Junction 14, following the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Continue onto the Western Perimeter Road and pass through the main tunnel to reach the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Once in this area, stay in the first lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA)
Please follow the signs for the Short Stay car park, located on the right side of the ramp as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout. Upon arrival at the car park, move to the left lane and follow signs for LEVEL 4. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Zones R-S designated for Off Airport Meet & Greet parking. Our chauffeurs, identifiable by their high-vis jackets, are stationed near the ticket pay machine. The car park is located at TW6 2GA.
Terminal 2
After retrieving your belongings and preparing to go through Customs upon your arrival, kindly use the designated phone number given when you first left your car. Proceed to the same location on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where you originally parked, and you will find your vehicle waiting for you in Row B near the lift/pay machine.
Terminal 3
Upon your return, after retrieving your baggage and preparing to pass through Customs, kindly contact the designated number given at the time of dropping off your vehicle. As you reach the arrivals area, turn right towards the Exit door and take the lift up to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park. Your car will be conveniently located in ROW A, waiting for you.
Terminal 5
When you come back, retrieve your luggage and prepare to go through Customs. Kindly use the number given when you left your car to let us know you have arrived. Head back to where you parked your car (specifically, Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and find it waiting for you in either Row R or S.
