Please contact us when you're approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal to coordinate your meet and greet service. Upon meeting our driver, we will conduct a joint inspection of your vehicle to check for any pre-existing damage. Lion Parking will then verify your booking details and confirm your return information. Please ensure to provide the correct return date, especially after an overnight long-haul flight.
For Terminal 2 (Post Code: TW6 1EW): Follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the far right-hand lane as you approach the ramp. Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take a ticket at the barrier, and proceed to level 4, row B.
For Terminal 3 (Post Code: TW1 QG): Follow signs for departures, enter the Short Stay Car Park, and proceed to level 4, row B, where our driver will meet you.
For Terminal 4 (Post Code: TW6 3XA): Navigate to the Short Stay car park and drive up to Level 2, Row F.
For Terminal 5 (Post Code: TW6 2GA): Follow signs for Short-Stay Passenger Pick-up, leading you to the car parks. Then, follow the far left lane for level 4. Continue to row R or S, where your vehicle will be collected.
Upon your landing, please make your initial call to Lion Parking for customer pick-up. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to make the second call. Your car will be delivered to you within approximately 20 minutes after collecting your luggage.
For Terminal 2: Return to the same location where you initially dropped off your vehicle, situated on level 4, specifically in rows A and B.
For Terminal 3: Navigate to Short-Stay car park 3, located on Level 4, and look for rows A or B.
For Terminal 4: Proceed to the Short-Stay car park on level 2 and locate Row F.
For Terminal 5: Return to the Short-Stay car park on level 4, where your vehicle was initially dropped off, and find rows R or S.
