Any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day) if your stay is longer than your booked stay.
Once you have parked and unloaded your car, please lock it and check in with our Handover Team, who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby.
Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers whilst you check in.
Terminal 2: Post Code: TW6 1EW Once you've entered Heathrow Airport through the tunnels, look out for signs directing you to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Stay in the right-hand lane and go under the 2.2-meter height restriction. Follow signs for "Level 4" and "Off Airport." Take a ticket from the far-right Ticket Barrier and hand it to our Handover Captain. Continue straight ahead following signs for "Off Airport Parking." Park in rows A or B of the "Off Airport Meet & Greet" parking bays.
Terminal 3: Post Code: TW6 1QG After entering Heathrow Airport through the tunnels, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park at the entrance barrier. Take a ticket and hand it to our Handover Captain. Drive up to level 4 and park in one of the "Off Airport Meet & Greet" parking bays.
Terminal 5: Post Code: TW6 2GA Approaching Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. Drive up the ramp, veer right, and pass under the yellow height restriction. Stay on the left and follow signs for Short Stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs to the third set of barriers. Take a ticket (hand this to our Handover Captain). Follow signs for Off Airport and park in the Off Airport Meet & Greet bays.
Please ensure you have the unique barcoded card provided upon arrival to retrieve your keys from our Handover team. If you don't have this card, we'll require to see and capture an image of your passport, which must match the booking name.
