Any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day) if your stay is longer than your booked stay.
Once you have parked and unloaded your car, please lock it and check in with our Handover Team, who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby.
Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers whilst you check in.
You no longer need to contact us en route to Terminal 5; should you require assistance, refer to the number provided in your booking confirmation. Ensure you have your paperwork or booking reference ready upon arrival for our team to assist you promptly. Also, have your return flight details on hand for verification.

Approaching Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park.
Drive up the ramp, veer right, and pass under the yellow height restriction.
Stay on the left and follow signs for Short Stay Level 4.
Follow the Avis signs to the third set of barriers.
Take a ticket (hand this to our Handover Captain).
Follow signs for Off Airport and park in the Off Airport Meet & Greet bays.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we kindly request that you CALL US UPON YOUR RETURN. Upon landing and retrieving your luggage (or clearing passport control if you have no checked baggage), please notify us of your arrival so we can arrange for your car delivery. Ensure you have the unique barcoded card provided upon arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you don't have this, we'll require to see and photograph your passport, which must match the booking name. Then, proceed to the appropriate meeting point as indicated below:
