Should your flight encounter delays or if your arrival falls within the late-night to early-morning window of 23:59 pm to 04:00 am, please note that an additional charge of £25 will apply.
Additionally, for vehicles exceeding a height of 2.2 meters, an overheight vehicle charge of £50.00 will be incurred. This pertains to any vehicle that surpasses the specified height limit.
During your absence, your car will undergo charging to ensure it's ready for your return. Within our facilities, we offer four 7kw fast-charging spaces along with eight 13A plugin spaces. However, it's important to note that you'll need to bring your own cable and plug to facilitate the charging process. When you're approaching Heathrow, it's essential to give MBW a heads-up roughly 30 minutes before your arrival. Communication is key, so if you anticipate arriving earlier or later than planned, please notify MBW as soon as possible.
For Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA), To find your driver, head to the Short Stay car park using the directions and postcode provided in your confirmation. Once there, hand over your booking confirmation, car keys, and return flight details. While you walk to the terminal, your driver will park your car in a safe spot in the car park.
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to the Short Stay car park to collect your car.
