Please be aware that your specified meet time is predetermined. Any arrival before or after this time may cause a delay.
As the car park provider, Moon Parking covers the first 15 minutes of parking, with any additional time incurring an extra exit fee, which is the customer's responsibility.

Terminal 2: Upon exiting the tunnel for all terminals, follow the signs for Terminal 2, keeping to the right and passing the central bus station. Maintain the right lane as the road diverges from the building, eventually curving back towards Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. As you ascend the ramp, stay to the right, as it leads directly to the Short Stay car park entry barriers. Once inside the car park on Level 4, proceed left down the spiral to Level 2, following signs for off-airport parking, and park your vehicle in the meet and greet area. A uniformed chauffeur will meet you at your car with all your booking details. Post Code: TW6 1EW.
Terminal 3: Upon entering Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3, specifically the "Valet drop-off point." Park your vehicle in Lane 5, the furthest lane from the terminal building. Look for the sign marked "Permit Holders" on the left-hand side and park your vehicle there. A uniformed chauffeur will meet you at your car with all your booking details. Post Code: TW6 3QG.
Terminal 5: Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park located on the right-hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for the Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, you'll encounter a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4." Stay in this lane until you reach the last set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and proceed to Zones R or S. Park your vehicle in the designated areas marked as Meet and Greet or Off Airport. A uniformed chauffeur will meet you at your car with all your booking details. Post Code: TW6 2GA.
Once your flight has landed and you have retrieved your luggage, please call Moon Parking promptly.
Terminal 2 Parking: After collecting your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, contact the number provided when your vehicle was collected. Proceed to the same location where you initially dropped off your vehicle, which is located at Level 2 of the short stay car park. There, you will meet our driver at the Off Airport Meet and Greet area with your vehicle.
Terminal 3 Parking: Upon collecting your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, use the provided contact number. Upon arrival at Terminal 3's arrivals area, take the lift to level 1, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side. Proceed to the short stay car park via the tunnel, then take another lift to level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW A. Your vehicle will be returned to you in ROW A, where the Black and White signs indicate Off Airport Meet and Greet.
Terminal 5 Parking: Upon collecting your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, contact the provided number. Head to the same location where you initially dropped off your vehicle, which is located at Level 4 of the short stay car park. Your vehicle will be parked in Row R or S, the same area where you initially dropped it off. If you encounter any confusion, please do not hesitate to contact the provided number.
