Please keep an eye out for your chauffeur, identifiable by their Moon Parking Hi-Visibility jacket and carrying ID.
Ensure the driver possesses all the correct booking details provided during your reservation.
Please be aware that your specified meet time is predetermined. Any arrival before or after this time may cause a delay.
As the car park provider, Moon Parking covers the first 15 minutes of parking, with any additional time incurring an extra exit fee, which is the customer's responsibility.

Terminal 4:Upon entering Heathrow Airport, follow the signs directing you to Terminal 4's "Departure Passenger Drop Off" area. While on the ramp leading to Terminal 4, maintain your vehicle in the left-hand lane. Enter Lane A (lane 3), which is the furthest lane from the Terminal. Park your vehicle in this lane, where one of our uniformed chauffeurs will meet you with all your booking details. Post Code: TW6 3XA.
Once your flight has landed and you have retrieved your luggage, please call Moon Parking promptly.
Terminal 4 Parking: Upon exiting the arrival Hall, proceed across the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park and take a lift to level 2. Your vehicle will be returned at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right-hand side, where the Black and White signs indicate Off Airport Meet and Greet.
