When you arrive, our friendly staff, who are approved by Heathrow, will be waiting for you at the short stay car parks. They'll take care of everything, from signing in your vehicle to snapping a few pictures for peace of mind. Your car will then be securely parked at our off-airport facility.

For Terminal 2: After exiting Junction 14 on the M25, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Drive through a tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. Stay on the right side, passing the bus station. Follow Cosmopolitan Way until you see the ramp to Terminal 2 Departures & Short Stay 2 car park. Keep right on the ramp. Take a barrier ticket at Level 4 and park in Row B for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
For Terminal 3: Exit Junction 14 on the M25, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Drive through the tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. Stay in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket at the barrier, park on Level 4 in Row A.
For Terminal 5: Head towards PICK UP AND DEPATURE. Follow signs for SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Stay in the left lane marked FAST TRACK BUSINESS PARKING. Take a ticket at the barrier, proceed to ROW S or R on Level 4 where you'll be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur.
When you arrive, thoroughly check your vehicle and let us know if you notice any issues before you leave your parking spot. We won't accept claims for damage if you report them after you've moved from your spot. Sign the paperwork and pick up your vehicle from the designated spot. If you enter the Heathrow Drop-Off areas, you'll have to pay extra fees directly to the airport.
