For Terminal 4: When you exit the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Go up the ramp and keep right. Take a ticket to enter the Short Stay Car Park, then stay on the right and go to Level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, Rows E and F, and park in a spot where your driver, wearing a uniform, will meet you.
Upon arrival, carefully inspect your vehicle and inform us of any problems before departing your parking space. We cannot consider damage claims made after you've left your spot. Sign the necessary paperwork and retrieve your vehicle from the assigned location. Be aware that entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas will result in additional fees payable directly to the airport.
