The car park welcomes most standard vehicles (excluding trailers, commercial vehicles, or those with a long wheelbase) as long as they meet the height restriction of 2.2 meters and fit within a standard-size parking bay of 2.4 meters by 4.8 meters.
Park Up services are accessible for car drop-off and pick-up between 4 am and midnight.
Please note that on bank holidays, there might be adjustments in parking procedures, and Park Up will notify you accordingly if it impacts your booking.

Upon arrival, a Park Up driver donning a black logo jacket will provide you with a contact number to use upon your return from vacation. Once your keys are handed over, you may proceed to check-in while the driver parks your car in our secure off-site location.
Terminal 2: Follow the signs directing you to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Proceed through the main tunnel to reach the Central Terminal Area servicing Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay to the right, passing the Central bus station, and continue onto Cosmopolitan Way towards Terminal 2. Keep to the right as the road veers away from the building, then curves back towards Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. Keep right as you ascend the ramp, leading directly to the entry barriers of the Short Stay car park. Choose lane 5 or 6 for the ticket machine, guiding you to Level 4 of the Short Stay. Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park. Once inside, stay to the right for Level 4, following signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet. Park your vehicle in Rows A or B. Look for one of the chauffeurs wearing a black jacket near the ticket pay machine, who will assist you with your booking details.
Terminal 3: Navigate through the main tunnel to reach the Central Terminal Area. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay in the first lane and follow signs for the Terminal 3 Short Stay car park. Obtain a ticket from the barrier, proceed to the Short Stay car park, and drive to Level 4, row A to meet your driver.
Terminal 4: Exit the M4 at Junction 4 (or from the M25, Junction 14). Follow the signs towards Terminal 4. Upon arrival, follow the signage for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park. Descend to level 2 following the off-airport and parking signs. On level 2, veer left, proceed to the end of Row F, and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.
Terminal 5: Upon arrival at the airport, follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the exit for the Terminal 5 roundabout, it's located on the right-hand side of the ramp. Continue following signs for the Short Stay Car Park, and stay in the left lane marked Level 4 until you reach a set of barriers. Take the ticket and head towards Zones R-S. Park your car in the Off Airport Meet and Greet area, where a Park Up driver in uniform will meet you.
For Terminal 2: After retrieving your luggage and clearing Customs, contact Park Up using the provided number. Then head back to where you initially dropped off your car, located on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Your car will be waiting for you in row B, near the lift and pay machines.
For Terminal 3: Once you've collected your luggage, give Park Up a call and proceed to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, where you left your vehicle. It will be waiting for you in row A.
For Terminal 4: Upon gathering your luggage and passing through customs, use the contact number provided by your driver when your car was collected.
For Terminal 5: After picking up your luggage, contact Park Up and return to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, the same location where you initially dropped off your car. Your vehicle will be waiting for you in row R or S, accompanied by your driver.
