What to do when you arrive?

Parkair 24/7 kindly requests that you give them a call 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal, allowing them to prepare their staff accordingly. You can reach them at 0333 4042 247.

Once you arrive, proceed to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver. Your booking confirmation will contain detailed directions, instructions, and a postcode for your satnav to guide you smoothly.

Please ensure you have your email booking confirmation readily available, along with your return flight details, for a streamlined experience.

What to do when you return?

Once you retrieve your baggage, remember to contact Parkair at 0333 4042 247. Their updated flight monitoring system allows for timely dispatch of your vehicle upon arrival. Once you receive your car and exit ticket, you can head home with ease!

Terminal 2: Upon your return, after retrieving your luggage and preparing to go through Customs, please contact us by dialing the aforementioned number. Head back to the location where you originally left your vehicle (Short Stay Car Park, Level 4). To get there, take the exit near Marks & Spencer in the Arrivals Hall and walk towards the lifts in front of you. Once there, take one of the far-left lifts that will bring you to Level 4. Your vehicle will be waiting for you in Row B, next to the lift/pay machine.

Terminal 3: For customs, kindly notify us by contacting the number provided. Please return to the location where you initially left your vehicle (Short Stay Car Park, Level 4). Head towards the Boots store and follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 3. Take the lift to Level 1 and cross the bridge to reach the carpark, where you can then use another lift to access Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Your car will be waiting for you in Row B.

Terminal 4: indly contact Customs by using the above number. Return to the Short Stay Car Park, Level 2, where you left your vehicle earlier. Exit the Arrivals Hall near the WH Smith shop and use the zebra crossing to cross three lanes. Take the lift on your left to reach Level 2 of the Short Stay Car Park, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.

Terminal 5: Kindly contact us through the number provided to inform us of your arrival. Make your way back to where you left your vehicle (Short Stay Car Park, Level 4). Upon exiting the Arrivals Hall, turn left and continue until you reach Café Nero. Exit the building and take the lifts in front of you, choosing Level 4 as your destination. Your vehicle will be waiting for you in either Row R or Row S at the Short Stay Car Park, Level 4.
