To use the meet and greet service, call the provider when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the airport and follow the directions to your terminal. Note that you will need to pay entry and exit fees.
Terminal 2: Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. After exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, and follow signs to Terminal 2. Stay right as the road ramps up to the Terminal 2 Departures & Short Stay 2 car park. Continue right onto the ramp leading into the Short Stay car park and park in "Row B" on Level 4. Post Code: TW6 1EW
Terminal 3: Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. After exiting, stay in the first lane and follow signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and park in "ROW A" on Level 3. Post Code: TW6 1QG
Terminal 4: Follow signs to the Short Stay car park and drive to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" sign. Have your email booking confirmation and return flight details ready. Our chauffeurs will be waiting for you. Post Code: TW6 3XA
Terminal 5: Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you enter the Terminal 5 roundabout. Move to the left-hand lane and follow signs to "LEVEL 4". Take a ticket from the barrier and park in Zones "R" and "S" marked as "Off Airport Meet & Greet". Post Code: TW6 2GA
Please call the service provider once you’ve collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs. Note that you’ll need to pay entry and exit fees.
Terminal 2: Head to the Level 4 Short Stay Car Park where you dropped off your vehicle. Your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row "B," next to the lift and pay machines.
Terminal 3: At arrivals, just before the Exit door on the right-hand side, take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park. Your car will be waiting for you in Row "A."
Terminal 4: After collecting your luggage and nearing Customs, call the number provided when you dropped off your car. Proceed to the Short Stay Car Park on Level 2, where your car will be ready.
Terminal 5: Return to the Level 4 Short Stay Car Park where you initially dropped off your car. Your vehicle will be waiting in Row "R" or "S."
