Please call us 30 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport on airport duty to Rose parking to ascertain a designated chauffeur to greet you at the appropriate terminal building.
Terminal 2 (Postcode: TW6 1EW): Call us 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. From the M4, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. After exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, and continue on Cosmopolitan Way. As the road curves, keep right to the ramp leading to Terminal 2 Departures and Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. Enter the car park via lane 6, take a ticket, and park in Row B on Level 4, following signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
Terminal 3 (Postcode: TW6 1QG): Call us 30 minutes before you arrive. From the M25, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area. After exiting the tunnel, stay in the first lane and follow signs to the Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (Car Park 3). Take a ticket from the barrier, drive to Level 4, and park in Row A.
Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA): Call us 30 minutes before arriving. Follow signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park. Collect a ticket at the barriers and head towards the end of the car park, following signs for Off Airport Meet & Greet. Park in Row F, located towards the end of the car park.
Terminal 5 (Postcode: TW6 2GA): Call us 30 minutes before you arrive. Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park on the right side of the ramp at the Terminal 5 roundabout. Stay in the left-hand lane marked for Level 4, which leads directly to the barriers. Take a ticket and park in Zones R-S, where you'll find signs for Off Airport Meet & Greet.
After you have collected your luggage, please make sure you call Rose Parking. When the vehicle has been signed back to you, staff will validate your exit ticket and you can make your way home as quickly as possible!
