Customer/ vehicle owner has to bear the cost of paying the ULEZ if the vehicle does not meet the ULEZ standards. The customer has to pay ULEZ for both days (the day of drop off and the day of collection )
Terminal 4 at Post Code TW6 3XA, upon exiting the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow indications for Short Stay Parking. Ascend the ramp, maintaining the rightward direction. Obtain a ticket to enter the Short Stay Car Park, staying on the right, and proceed to level 2. Follow signage for Off-Airport Parking, specifically Rows E and F, and park in a bay where your uniformed driver will rendezvous with you. (Height Restriction 2m or 6ft 6in)
Upon your return, kindly contact Terminal Parking twice. Firstly, upon your landing, and secondly, once you retrieve your luggage. In case of any prolonged delays, including luggage collection, please ensure to notify us promptly. Present the necessary paperwork and retrieve your vehicle from our designated location at your terminal.
