Please note that they do not pick up vans, and have height restrictions in our car park so they can not park vans. There is now a £6 entry and exit fee each way, which is NOT included in the cost of your reservation charge is due
The service provider requires customers to call 20 to 30 minutes before reaching the airport and follow directions to their designated terminal. Customers are responsible for entry and exit fees.
For Terminal 2 at TW6 1EW, drivers enter the main tunnel and stick to the right lanes, proceeding to the Short Stay Car Park. Upon arrival, they navigate to lane 6, leading to Level 4, and park in "ROW B" to meet their driver.
At Terminal 3 (TW6 3QG), drivers stay in the left lanes upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park, and park in "ROW B" on Level 4.
Terminal 4 (TW4 3XA) directions entail driving to Level 2 and following signs for "Off Airport Meet & Greet Parking."
For Terminal 5 (TW6 2AG), drivers follow signage to the Short Stay Car Park, proceed to Level 4, and park in "ROW S" to meet their driver.
The car park facility necessitates two calls: firstly, upon landing and disembarking from the plane. Customers are responsible for covering the entry and exit fees.
The second call is required once you have gathered all your luggage. In the case of traveling with only hand luggage, please contact us for the second time after passing through passport control, and we will promptly dispatch your vehicle.
