What to do when you arrive?
Drop and Go Arrival Process:
When arriving at the Drop and Go car park, the first barrier will lift automatically. Proceed to the second barrier and press the green button for entry. Park in an arrivals bay, then enter the check-in building. Use the self-check-in machines and attach the issued tag to your keys. Deposit your keys in the assigned key box, then wait in the designated area for the shuttle. The on-demand shuttle service will transfer you to the terminal in 12–14 minutes.
Self Park Arrival Process:
For Self Park, drive into the facility and park in an arrivals bay. A marshal will assist with check-in and direct you to a parking zone. After parking, take your keys with you and proceed to the shuttle stop. The shuttle service runs every 20 minutes, with an estimated 10-minute transfer to the airport.
What to do when you return?
Drop and Go Return Process:
Upon landing, proceed to Bay R to board the shuttle back to the car park. Show your ticket to the driver before boarding. Once at the facility, visit the check-out shelter and follow the key dispenser instructions. Your key will be returned, and the screen will display your vehicle’s location. Scan your ticket at the exit barrier to leave. If your ticket is lost, visit reception with photo ID to retrieve your keys.
Self Park Return Process:
For Self Park, board the shuttle back to the car park and exit at your designated parking zone. Locate your vehicle and proceed to the exit barrier. Scan your ticket to lift the barrier and exit the facility. Staff are available if assistance is needed.
